1)  Do you deliver?
CTR provides a convenient delivery and pickup service throughout Toronto, the GTA, and Southern Ontario.
2)  How quickly can you deliver?
Typically we can accomodate requests for same day delivery, as well as for delivery within several hours in the GTA.
3)  What areas do you service?
CTR Services Toronto, the GTA and Southern Ontario. This includes but not limited to Brampton, Burlington, Cambridge, Guelph, Hamilton, Kitchener, London, Markham, Milton, Mississauga, Niagara Falls, Oakville, Richmond Hill, Toronto, Vaughan, Waterloo.
4)  Do you setup?
Our equipment is delivered by a company representative who can assist with setup. With projector rentals, we suggest that we deliver a day early and connect the projector to the customer's laptop computer to make sure that the laptop is set to drive a projector
5)  I understand that all your equipment is fully tested before delivery but what happens if I do have a problem?
We try to eliminate problems before we start by fully testing the equipment before your event. If you should experience a problem, simply call us and we will immediately send a replacement
6)  Are your projectors the same thing as LCD projectors, computer projectors, or multimedia projectors?
CTR rents projectors which are used to connect to devices such as laptop computers and DVD players when making presentations. The projector projects an image of what is being displayed by the laptop or DVD player onto a screen or wall. Common terminology for projectors includes LCD projector, computer projector, multimedia projector, video projector, and DLP projector.
7)  Does CTR also rent equipment such as overhead projectors and cameras?
Presently CTR is specializing in renting laptop computers, LCD projectors, and LCD displays. We do not carry other items such as overhead projectors and cameras. For people looking to rent equipment not listed on our website we suggest checking the rental company directory.
